It appears to be in such good shape, and as someone who is stripping all of her woodwork, I had to throw that out there. Original woodwork never goes out of style--but is almost impossible to get back in the very same condition once painted. It's amazing that (alhtough a lot of work), the biggest transformations result from simple projects--stripping paper, painting, and pulling up carpet. That woodwork is GORGEOUS!!!
